Our story began with a rescue across cities. Three years ago, a member of our team found a puppy abandoned at a highway service area during a business trip. It was covered in mud, with fear in its eyes. After taking careful care of it all the way back to the city, we went around offline pet stores and browsed countless online shops to choose suitable supplies for it, but we always hesitated between “high price” and “doubtful quality”. It was at that time that we made up our minds to build a platform where pet owners can “buy with confidence and use with peace of mind” — every product here can stand the test of “if it were used by my own pet”.​
